2023 HR Conference
The North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists is happy to invite you to our 2023 NAD Human Resources Conference to be held on April 23–25, 2023 at the Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles in Chantilly, VA.
Join Seventh-day Adventist leaders and HR professionals from across the United States, Bermuda, Canada, and Guam who will be attending to expand their knowledge and network. We are looking forward to providing relevant presentations, important updates, great networking opportunities, valuable resources, SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs), and more!

Who Should Attend:
The NAD Human Resources Conference is planned for all those who have human resource management responsibilities at the conference, union, academy, and higher education levels. This event also welcomes Seventh-day Adventist students and career changers pursuing a future in Human Resource Management.
Registration rates:
- $385 late on-site registration
- $300 exhibitor rate per person, and $100 starting with the 4th person
Attendee registration fee ($385) includes:
- Access to all general and break-out sessions
- Access to our exhibitor area of 10 or more in-demand vendors and sponsors
- Ability to meet and interact with key event speakers
- Networking opportunities with colleagues and students
- Round table discussions and engagement activities offered with each session
- Breakfast, Lunch, and break snacks on Monday and Tuesday
- Welcome gift, giveaways, and all post-conference digital handouts
Exhibitors:
- CLICK HERE to submit an exhibitor application. The exhibitor rate is $300 for up to three people. A fourth person can be added for $100.
Sponsors:

- Platinum-level sponsor: $3,000.00
- Gold-level sponsor: $1,500.00
- Silver-level sponsor: $1,000.00
- Bronze-level sponsor: $500.00

Event Check-In Time:
Self check-in option for pre-registered attendees only will be available on:
- Sunday, April 23, between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the hotel
- Proceed to the Upper Rotunda on the second floor to pick up your event badge, including your unique QR code, which will need to be scanned to check-in for the event.
- Your badge will serve as your entry ticket to the HR Conference sessions and for all meals (Monday and Tuesday breakfasts and lunches).
- To attend the Adventist HR Professionals Dinner, a separate $35 registration was required.
Our NAD HRS team members will also be onsite to assist you with the check-in process.
Lodging:
We are sold out of our block of rooms at the Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles where our event will be held.
You may still be able to make a room reservation at this hotel by contacting them directly; however, it will not be at our discounted rate.

Dress Code:
Business casual. In the DC metro area, you can expect April temperatures in the 50˚F–70˚F range. Weather permitting, meals may be served outdoors—please plan accordingly.
