2018 NAD YEM Writing Committee Report
On Nov. 4, 2018, after a discussion of the document "Regard for and Practice of General Conference Session and General Conference Executive Committee Actions," which was voted during the General Conference Annual Council meeting in October, the North American Division Year-End Meeting Executive Committee approved a writing committee to craft a response to it. On Nov. 6, the NAD delegates approved the official response.

ACS Mobilizes Support Efforts in Wake of Typhoon Yutu; Continues Supply Distribution for Hurricane Michael Relief
Devastation brought on by the year’s strongest storm to date, Typhoon Yutu, which slammed into the Northern Mariana Islands on October 24, activated response efforts by Adventist Community Services (ACS) in the North American Division’s Guam-Micronesia Mission. In addition, ACS Disaster Response is operating six distribution sites in Donalsonville, Georgia, to aid the Hurricane Michael relief efforts.
