The North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists is happy to invite you to our 2023 NAD Human Resources Conference to be held on April 23–25, 2023 at the Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles in Chantilly, VA.
Join Seventh-day Adventist leaders and HR professionals from across the United States, Bermuda, Canada, and Guam who will be attending to expand their knowledge and network.

Who Should Attend:
The NAD Human Resources Conference is planned for all those who have human resource management responsibilities at the conference, union, academy, and higher education levels. This event also welcomes Seventh-day Adventist students and career changers pursuing a future in Human Resource Management.
Registration rates:
- $285 attendee rate through March 24, 2023
- FREE for *Adventist students studying HR in the North American Division territory (upon approval)
- $300 exhibitor rate per person, and $100 starting with the 4th person
- $35 per person for Adventist HR Professionals Dinner on Monday
- $385 for late attendee registration after March 25, 2023, through to April 23, 2023
Attendee registration fee ($285) includes:
- Access to all general and break-out sessions
- Access to our exhibitor area of 10 or more in-demand vendors and sponsors
- Ability to meet and interact with key event speakers
- Networking opportunities with colleagues and students
- Round table discussions and engagement activities offered with each session
- Breakfast, Lunch, and break snacks on Monday and Tuesday
- Welcome gift, giveaways, and all post-conference digital handouts
Students:
If approved, student applicants will receive complimentary admission (with key expenses covered).

Exhibitors:
- CLICK HERE to submit an exhibitor application. The exhibitor rate is $300 for up to three people. A fourth person can be added for $100.

Event Registration Deadline:
March 24, 2023 (Regular rate of $285) • April 23, 2023 (Late rate of $385)
All attendees must be pre-registered. Event registration fees are nonrefundable but are transferable.
Event Check-In Time:
Contactless check-in options will be available on:
- Sunday, April 23, between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the hotel
Our NAD HRS team members will also be onsite to assist you with the check-in process.
Dress Code:
Business casual. In the DC metro area, you can expect April temperatures in the 50˚F–70˚F range. Weather permitting, meals may be served outdoors—please plan accordingly.
