From Adventist Risk Management:
Sign up to participate in Safety Sabbath® 2021 and help your church improve its online safety and safeguard against cybercrime. Churches are not exempt from cybercrime, which globally is expected to cost $11.4 million every minute in 2021. Is your church safe from cybercrime?
Safety Sabbath is an opportunity for Seventh-day Adventist Churches to focus on safety issues and create a safer environment for their congregation. Each year Adventist Risk Management, Inc. (ARM) provides churches with resources to help them focus on a specific area of safety.
This year Safety Sabbath will be March 27, 2021 and will focus on helping churches:
- protect against cybercrime
- avoid liabilities from streaming services online
- adapt child protection policies to an online environment
