Neat Randriamialison is passionate about sharing the gospel through clear communication, creative collaboration, and thoughtful leadership. As associate director of professional services for the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists, he works alongside his team to partner with division ministry leaders in guiding creative strategy and collaborative projects that support the mission of the church across North America.
Prior to joining the North American Division, Neat served in the Nevada-Utah Conference as Communication Director, where he led communication and media initiatives across a network of more than 60 churches. Earlier in his ministry, he served as conference Young Adult Coordinator and as a lead pastor, developing initiatives that encouraged leadership development and mission engagement throughout the conference.
Born on the island of Madagascar, Neat has a background in communication and marketing and is an ordained Seventh-day Adventist pastor. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Mass Media for Ministry at Andrews University, where his research focuses on developing practical storytelling frameworks that help churches communicate faith through film and digital media.
