The Office of General Counsel serves as the North American Division’s primary source of legal guidance and oversight. Working closely with division officers and department heads, the office addresses legal matters arising from organizational operations – including contracts, compliance, governance, human resources, commercial litigation, and organizational structuring. The NAD General Counsel works in partnership with the General Conference Office of General Counsel.
