- Equip & train NAD staff and ministries to utilize digital communications effectively and educate church employees and members about big data usage and benefits.
- Partnership & Replication: Work with select ministries for campaigns that can be used as case-studies or road maps for other organizations looking to implement similar strategies; work with conferences conferences to increase outreach effectiveness; collaborate with universities to develop young talent and empower young adults through social media and big data enterprise.
- Membership Service & Market Research: Implement digital strategies that engage members, conduct research to meet needs in our communities, and build meaningful relationships with church members.
