Disabilities Ministries Annual Conference: A Historic Gathering at Living Hope Seventh-day Adventist Church
The last Sabbath of March 2025 marked the Disabilities Ministries Annual Conference, hosted this year by the Living Hope Seventh-day Adventist Church in Haymarket, Virginia. Representatives from across the country joined forces to share insights, with the event live-streamed for those unable to attend in person. At the Women in Seventh-day Adventist History Conference, held October 12-14, 2023, on the Washington Adventist University campus, attendees learned of the hidden legacy of women serving alongside men to build the church. Hosted by the North American Division (NAD) Office of Archives, Statistics, and Research, headed by Michael Campbell, Ph.D., the event attracted roughly 150 attendees—men and women—from across North America, Europe, South America, and Africa.

Located on a rare parcel of private land in a reserve long-known in Indigenous circles for courage and innovation, the future center of influence, Mamawi Atosketan Centre (MAC), is being seen by the community and church officials at all levels as a clear path forward in working with Indigenous peoples.
Seminary Offers New Training Opportunities at Andrews University
The Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary at Andrews University is launching three new initiatives impacting the Master of Divinity program (MDiv). With a new concentration, another dual degree and a cohort offered entirely in Spanish, the seminary is opening even more doors for training opportunities.
