César De León, PhD., M.Div., MS, MFT, is the Director of the Family Ministries department for the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists. He is also a pastor, licensed marriage and family therapist, adjunct professor at the Adventist Theological Seminary at Andrews University, and an author.  He holds a BA degree in Theology from Walla Walla University, a Master of Divinity from Andrews University, a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University, and a PhD in Marriage & Family Therapy from the School of Psychology at Fuller Theological Seminary. César has served as a pastor at Central California Conference and Southeastern California Conference, as Central California Conference’s Ministerial & Evangelism director, and Vice president for Hispanic Ministries and Ministerial Director for the North Pacific Union.

 Some of César’s passions include mentoring and empowering ministers—and all men—on their quest to becoming Christ-displaying friends, husbands, fathers, and disciple-makers.
