Carolann De León, BSN, MSMFT, MA, RN, is Associate Director of Family Ministries for the North American Division. She also holds a nursing degree and a Master of Science degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Loma Linda University (LLU), and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry from Andrews University. Previously, she served as Associate Director for Ministerial, Family Life & Hispanic Ministries at the North Pacific Union Conference in the State of Washington.
Carolann thoroughly enjoys serving, equipping, and empowering individuals and families to model and sustain healthy, emotionally connected relationships which display Christ’s healing love in their homes and hurting communities. She and her husband César are authors of several books on building healthy relationships.
César and Carolann have been life and ministry partners for more than 40 years and are the proud parents of two adult sons. They both enjoy equipping and empowering individuals, marriages, and families to live out their God-given purpose and mission-focused destiny through contagious, healthy, and loving relationships.
