From March 22-30, 2025, a team of 19 students and five nursing faculty and staff from Pacific Union College provided physicals, well visits, and regular physician office and dental care to 311 patients in Mana, Fiji.

It was oboist Afonso Bittencourt Brito’s first time back in his native Brazil since leaving 18 months earlier to study at La Sierra University. Disabilities Ministries Annual Conference: A Historic Gathering at Living Hope Seventh-day Adventist Church

The last Sabbath of March 2025 marked the Disabilities Ministries Annual Conference, hosted this year by the Living Hope Seventh-day Adventist Church in Haymarket, Virginia. Representatives from across the country joined forces to share insights, with the event live-streamed for those unable to attend in person. This was a historic meeting with record-breaking attendance, signaling the church’s increasing emphasis on inclusion.

Pacific Union College Students and Faculty Build Relationships With Ninth Mission Trip to Fiji

During spring vacation in March 2023, a group of students and faculty from Pacific Union College traveled to Mana Island, Fiji, for a 10-day mission trip. It’s been nearly a decade since the first PUC trip to this remote location. A deep connection between PUC and the community has developed with each return trip to the island.

From April 27-29, 112 Prison Ministries leaders, volunteers, and guests gathered at the North American Division’s (NAD) headquarters in Columbia, Maryland, for the 2023 NAD Prison Ministry Conference. Themed “Ministry to the Marginalized,” it drew inspiration from Jesus’ call to serve prisoners in Matthew 25:40.

The pride was palpable at the 20th-anniversary open house of Mamawi Atosketan Native School in Maskwacis, Alberta, as parents watched their children doing traditional steps in colorful regalia. On Friday, May 12, 2023, parents came out in force, filling the available seating in the high school gym to witness the showcase of student skills and achievement.
