North American Division Brochure Helps St. Louis Worker Take Next Step in Faith Journey
When Hugh Davis, communication director for the Mid-America Union, was tasked by Adventist News Network to gather local impressions of the 2025 General Conference Session in St. Louis, he didn’t expect to hear a story that perfectly illustrated the value of a simple church brochure. That story came from Edeisha, a contract worker at America’s Center, where the General Conference Session was being held.

People Are the Priority
In July, just a short time ago, the Seventh-day Adventist Church held its sixty-second General Conference (GC) Session in St. Louis, Missouri. Top leaders for the worldwide church were selected; church policy was updated; guests enjoyed the ministry exhibits, the pageantry, music, and worship gatherings — and the “family reunion” element of it all. And, hopefully, the visiting Adventists left a positive impression on the city.
