Nicole and Victor Broushet consider themselves missionaries and entrepreneurs who serve the greater Worcester, Massachusetts area. Not only to they advocate for those in needs, they teach cooking classes — and run two Vegan Nest Cafe restaurants/markets in Worcester and Clinton. For them, food is about more than eating.
