Since September 2019, she has overseen the Columbia, Atlantic, Lake, and Southern Unions. In 2023, she was commissioned as a Captain in the United States Army Chaplain Corps.

Born in Mauritius and raised in Australia, Chaplain Dholah took a leap of faith by enrolling at Oakwood University, where she developed a mission-driven focus while preparing for ministry. She went on to serve as Associate Pastor for Young Adults at Oakwood University, Chaplain at AdventHealth, and Senior Pastor at Celebration Health Seventh-day Adventist Church in Florida. Additionally, she served as Director of Women, Children, and Sabbath School Ministries in the Greater Sydney Conference in the South Pacific Division, Australia.
