Our mission

To provide professional event planning and management service solutions to the North American Division (NAD) that addresses continued growth and development without comprising quality, time, or money. 

How we serve

  • Provide expertise in all areas of meeting planning, including project management, budget preparation, site selection, contract negotiation, and more.
  • Serve as a resource for event management tips and best practices.
  • Make recommendations for reputable suppliers and vendors.

Resources

  • Religious Conference Management Association (RCMA) – RCMA is a professional, nonprofit, multifaith organization consisting of individuals who are responsible for planning and/or managing meetings, tutorials, conferences, conventions, and assemblies for their religious organizations.
  • Events Industry Council (EIC) – EIC is comprised of 30 member organizations around the world. The Council promotes high standards and professionalism in the events industry with the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) program. The qualifications for the CMP certification are based on professional experience, education, and a rigorous exam. It is recognized globally as the badge of excellence in the events industry.
