Due to the growing health concerns surrounding the Coronavirus, the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists has made the decision to cancel NAD in-house events scheduled between now and June 24, 2020. Meeting requests that fall within these dates and any event requests in queue for review that fall within these dates will not be approved.

Thank you for your interest in the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventist Church's building for your event!
To submit your request, please fill out the requested fields on the following link: https://hr.naddocs.org/Forms/Meeting-Request. Make sure to fill out every section and submit. You will receive a confirmation of receipt.
The meeting request form is for the 1st floor Charles Bradford Conference Center only which consists of the Amphitheater, Auditorium, Atrium, and/or in any combination of the Southern Union, Mid-Atlantic Union, and Canadian Union conference rooms.
Note meeting request submission is not an approval. Meeting requests are presented for approval to committee(s) meeting once a month. It is advised to submit meeting requests at least three months in advance.
Notification of approval or decline will be sent via email. When approved, you will be contacted by the NAD event planner to discuss details of the event.
There are no rental fees for the meeting space, however, you will be invoiced for fees and hourly costs as applicable for security, housekeeping, setup, staging, rentals, audio visual, food and beverage as noted on the form.
*Hourly fees for security and housekeeping personnel apply outside NAD’s normal business hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 10:00 pm and Friday, 6:00 am – 4:00 pm).
