This booklet has been prepared to assist you, the Facilitator, in coordinating the binding arbitration process as defined in the North American Division Working Policy B-90 titled Conciliation and Dispute Resolution Procedures. Part I describes the process and explains the forms that are used from initiation to completion. Part II relates to the arbitration hearing and guides the Facilitator and Moderator (as well as arbitrators) in conducting that process from its beginning to its conclusion.
