Question:
Does the Church have human relations policies?

Answer:
In a sense you can say that all the policies of the North American Division are Human Relations policies in that they define what our relationship is to be with one another. However, a few of the more specific ones are:

Policy D-75 — Equal Opportunity for Service
Policy C-60 — Human Relations Statement
Policy B-90 — Conciliation and Dispute Resolution
Policy D 70 — Harassment Policy

Are policies of the Division a well-kept secret?

Answer:
Indeed not! Policy books can be obtained at your local Adventist Book Center.
