Teaming with Hope Channel with four-part "Reclaim Your Faith" Broadcast

Sacramento, Calif. - December 6 - The ministry of Amazing Facts is teaming with Hope Channel to reach out to former members of the Adventist^® church by broadcasting a new four-part program on DirecTV (Channel 368) and other content providers. The series, called Reclaim Your Faith, will air from January 13 to 15, 2012, live from the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists headquarters outside Washington, D.C., and is being planned as a lead in to It Is Written’s upcoming four-week evangelistic series Revelation Today.

Reclaim Your Faith, presented by Doug Batchelor, president of Amazing Facts and host of the Bible Answers Live radio program, is designed to reach Christians who have left the church for various reasons. The 90-minute presentations will include special music, testimonies of reclaimed members, and preaching by Pastor Batchelor.

Many former church members reported they fell into church inactivity due to their lives being too busy, while 25 percent said they no longer believed in the teachings of the church. The vast majority, however, indicated that they simply didn't like a pastor or other another member or observed behavior that turned them off to the church. During the series, Pastor Batchelor will address these issues to help the disenfranchised reconsider their decisions.

The Hope Church Channel will be immediately following up the series with a Bible prophecy series by Pastor John Bradshaw of It Is Written. This program will help former members reaffirm their faith in the Bible and provide a strong foundation in Jesus for a lifetime of spiritual growth.

Reclaim Your Faith will be marketed heavily with an extensive Facebook and Google Adwords campaign and a television and radio campaign.
