Ministry Description
Pathfinders are a worldwide organization of young people sponsored by the Seventh-day Adventist Church, though young people of any religious persuasion or none at all, are welcome and encouraged to join the organization.

Pathfindering provides opportunities for adult staff to mentor and discipline young people in the Christian faith. It is an effective means of evangelism that practically every church can enter engage in.

Key Accomplishments:

•  Directed resource taskforces to develop 73 church resources for Senior Youth, Pathfinder, Adventurer and Camp Ministries.
•  Planned and facilitated five Youth Ministries Leadership Conventions, training over 6,000 registered leaders.
•  Created information network called YPAC that connects all Youth ministries leaders via website, email, internet blogging, e-newsletters, and internet discussion forums.
•  Supported hundreds of local churches, conferences and unions youth events and initiatives as leadership facilitator, consultant, mentor and guest speaker.
