JUST CLAIM IT PRAYER CONFERENCE UPDATES — You can see what all is going on at the youth conference by viewing pictures and stories at www.adventistphoto.com and video footage at www.justclaimit.org.

FINAL CALL FOR AHS-2 ENROLLMENTS — AHS2, Loma Linda University, needs another 5,000 surveys to top the 100,000 mark. Every survey is precious! Even one more  participant could make all the difference. Each one makes a valuable contribution to health research and the mission of the church. It is not necessary to be the picture of health to participate. It is vitally important for the Adventist Health Study to attain as much participation as possible. If a survey form has been lost, AHS2 will send another. Encourage your leaders and members over 29 years old to complete the survey this week! It’s not too late to join or request a replacement survey form.

Contact: 877-700-7077 or go to www.adventisthealthstudy.org to get a form. Go to http://www.llu.edu/llu/health/progress/index.html to see how well your conference is  participating.

A DISH FOR EVERY CHURCH— The more connected Adventists are, the more we can share our faith. Satellite evangelism is an effective way of sharing, and involves the pastor and church members in both the church and dish-equipped homes. Every year there are more satellite evangelism and outreach events.

Adventist Satellite (www.Adventistsat.com) is the official distribution partner for the Hope Channel and Esperanza TV with distribution offices in the US, Canada and Mexico, as well as for the GC and the Inter-American Division. Inexpensive satellite dishes will receive Hope TV, Esperanza, 3ABN, and more.

Conferences should call to make special bulk buys for their churches. Adventist Satellite’s goal is to install a unit in every church. The more churches and homes that have the systems, the more that will invite people to events like the NET series.

ESCAPED INJURY AND DEATH — Max Torkelsen and Jon Corder, Upper Columbia Conference president and secretary, were on their way to Walla Walla, Washington for a meeting when they hit a patch of ice and lost control of their vehicle, which rolled and landed on it's top. The Ford Explorer was totaled but there were no serious injuries.
