REACH: Alignment within the Church
Adventist homes, schools, and churches collaborate to advance the mission of the church

Changing Copper into Gold - The Junior/Earliteen Sabbath school class of the Huntsville, Ala., Central SDA Church conducted a "Penny Project" mission, asking members to donate their penny collections in order to buy Navaho-language hymnals for the Diné Outreach Ministries in Page, Ariz. Diné was started by previous members of the Central Church. They counted and wrapped $135 worth of pennies, and with other contributions the total came to more than $300, which was enough to purchase 25 hymnals in time for Christmas and for the dedication of the Diné "miracle church." MORE (Southern Tidings, April 2013, p. 22)
